Thank you, Lord, that you have made me lower than the angels yet come to me as the bread of life.  May I be open to all the grace you want to give me in your body and blood (p. 48).

Lord, touch my heart with your compassion for those who don’t know you.  Holy Spirit, teach me how to be a messenger of your love (p. 49).

Lord, I am in awe of your love for me.  Thank you for being my friend (p. 40).

Jesus, thank you for the resurrection.  Help me find joy in knowing that I belong to you forever (p. 41).

Jesus, help me to hear your questions today.  Thank you for leading me in such a loving, gentle way (p. 42).

Lord, through the example of St. Peter Claver, you show us how to uphold the dignity of each person.  Help me to look at everyone as my brother or sister in Christ (p. 28).

Heavenly Father, you have been faithful!  You have called me, raised me to life, and filled me with your Spirit.  Purify me as well, as I trust in your faithful love (p. 77).

Father, I revel in your love for me.  Thank you, Jesus, for coming to share every aspect of my life.  Holy Spirit, your wisdom is beyond my imagining.  Blessed Trinity, I rejoice in the surprise ending of the resurrection (p. 78).

Jesus, sometimes I get confused about what really matters.  Help me value each individual as much as you do (p. 61).

Lord, I believe that any seed of good I plant will be multiplied by your abundant grace.  Give me the courage to continue to plant seeds and rejoice in your harvest (p. 62).

Thank you, Lord, for being so faithful to me.  Give me the grace to trust in your love and provision.  Jesus, I delight in being part of your family (p. 40).

Lord, thank you for all that you’ve given me.  I acknowledge that you have dedicated me to help save people in need.  Help me find ways to care for them and nurture them (p. 41).

Jesus, wake my senses— not just my eyes and ears but my heart, too.  May I be attentive to all the ways you will show me your love today (p. 42).

“Jesus, open the ears of my heart so that I can recognize your voice” (p. 43).

Father, I surrender every situation to you today.  I believe that you have a good plan for me.  I know that you will help me to stand firm (p. 33).

Father, help me to seek your will, to become teachable, and to meditate on your word.  I don’t want to just receive your wisdom; I want it to change my heart and become my way of life.  May I become more like your Son every day (p. 34).

Jesus, I want to sit quietly with you.  Thank you for spending time with me, restoring and reviving me (p. 35).

Jesus, you are forgiving and compassionate.  Instead of trying to trap us in our sins, you offer mercy.  Thank you for your love!” (p. 36).

Jesus, I place my challenges in your hands.  Help me take my focus off myself and see the needs of other people (p. 37).

Lord Jesus, I gaze into your eyes.  Your love can’t be explained in human terms.  Thank you, Lord, for embracing me (p. 28).

Father, thank you for your mercy and love which are new every day.  Be with me today; help me stay true to you (p. 29).

Father, cleanse me of my sins today.  Give me a fresh start with you.  Help me find the enthusiasm to raise my hand and say “yes” to your plans for me (p. 30).

Lord, I want my eyes to be clear.  I want to be able to look on my brothers and sisters with compassion.  Remove any sin that might be blocking my vision and inspire me with your mercy (p. 39).

Lord, thank you for showing me your path to life.  Thank you also for giving me so many faithful traveling companions (p. 40).

Holy Spirit, help me to recognize the fruit of my thoughts and plans.  I trust you to help me discern when I’m close to you and when I need to adjust my focus (p. 41).

Thank you, Jesus, for inviting me to love you and to be filled with your love and your grace (p. 42).

Lord, I want to see you.  Come show yourself to me and fill my heart with joy (p. 43).

Father, I cannot thank you enough for your mercy!  I put aside my demands for fairness and take hold of your perfect love instead.  May that love fill me to overflowing so that I can share your mercy, your perfection, with everyone around me (p. 36).

Father, come and open my heart to know you more.  Because you are fathomless, there is no end to what you want to show me.  Lord, let me see your face (p. 51).

Lord, thank you for your generosity.  Help me to be generous with you, too (p. 35).

Lord, who needs to hear of your life-saving mercy?  How can I share your news with that person?  Help me to plant just one seed of love in someone’s life today (p. 36).

Lord, I am in need of healing.  Reach out and give me your servant’s heart (p. 37).

Father, I am so grateful that you fulfill your promises.  Teach me to pray with trust in your mercy and love (p. 38).

Lord, protect me from the snares of this world.  Today, help me remember who you are and all that you have done in me.  Jesus, I want to know you even more (p. 52).
